Gamedays are always a little bit different than every other day. First off, they are the days that I literally eat, sleep, and breathe for all week. For me, preparation for a game begins 24 hours after the last game. Everyday in practice is another day that I am preparing specifically for my performances on the weekend. On the day of a game, it is vital that I stay as calm as physically possible in order to conserve energy and get focused.
